Cultural Fest, Townsville’s premier festival, is on from 13 – 17 August at Strand Park. This year we will welcome tens of thousands of people from across the region to enjoy enticing foods, non-stop entertainment and to come together in the spirit of fun and friendship.

Cultural Fest is a platform to showcase the wonderful local talent, performance groups and cultural organisations that thrive in the Townsville community. This year’s highlights include: Bollywood Concert - Pacific Concert - Save the World Day - Cultural Fest Idol Performance Competition - Tropigo Carnival - Cultural Fest Fashion Extravaganza - Lantern Parade.

The Festival is supported by a strong marketing program of print, radio and television advertising, promotions and public relations, and has been successful in reaching the northern region’s community.
