Official Opening Ceremony

Dignitaries from around the country and overseas will be jetting in to join in the opening ceremony for Cultural Fest at 6.30pm on Friday 15 August 2008.

Featuring the lighting of candles for peace and performances on the main stage, this ceremony will kick off an exciting program.
